At signup we collect minimum details such as name, email, mobile, and password. After payment, we may collect domain registrant details, address, phone, GST details, website requirements, content preferences, theme choices, and support information.

How we use information

We use information to create accounts, process payments, register domains, provision hosting, create email accounts, issue invoices, provide support, prevent fraud, improve security, and communicate service updates.

Payment information

Payments may be processed through gateways such as Razorpay or Cashfree. We do not store full card or banking credentials. Transaction references and payment status may be stored for billing and audit needs.

Domain registration data

Domain registrant information may be shared with registrars, registries, and WHOIS/privacy systems as required for domain registration, renewal, transfer, verification, and dispute handling.

Hosting and automation data

Provisioning may require sharing account details with hosting control systems such as CWP, queue workers, automation logs, email tooling, and SSL systems.

Cookies and analytics

We may use cookies for login sessions, cart state, security, preferences, and basic analytics. You can control browser cookies, but some client-area features require session cookies.

Data retention
