Information we collect

VerityHost collects the contact, business, domain and project information you submit when requesting a website. After balance payment, we also collect the full profile and front/back identity document images you consent to submit for manual review and domain setup. Aadhaar or another government ID is accepted; use a masked Aadhaar copy and do not enter your full ID number. Payment card or banking details are handled by the configured payment provider and are not stored by VerityHost.

How we use information

We use your information to prepare quotations, build and support your website, communicate about the project, register services using the ownership details you approve, and maintain billing and support records.

Identity document access

Your ID uploads are private and accessible only to your signed-in account and the authorised administrator. They are not published on your website or included in notification emails. KYC approval is a manual review by VerityHost, rather than an automated identity check.

Sharing and retention

Information may be shared with hosting, domain, communication and payment providers only as needed to deliver the purchased service. We retain project records for operational, legal and accounting purposes, then delete or anonymize them when no longer required.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of your information by emailing hello@verityhost.online. Some records may be retained where required for legal or accounting obligations.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards and restrict access to project information. No internet system is completely secure, so clients should not submit medical records, financial credentials or other unnecessary sensitive information through VerityHost forms.
