Terms, delivery and refunds

Package and payment

Launch packages are priced at ₹12,999 for restaurants, cafés, salons, spas and wellness businesses; ₹14,999 for dental clinics, coaching centres and schools; and ₹19,999 for real-estate agents and small builders, unless a written quotation states otherwise. A ₹4,999 advance reserves the project. The remaining balance is due after the private preview and before public launch or credential handover.

24-hour preview

The 24-hour period begins during business hours after the advance is confirmed and all required business details, content and approvals have been received. Delays in client materials, domain availability, third-party services or requested custom functionality extend the timeline.

Included revisions

The package includes up to three reasonable revision rounds within the agreed scope. New pages, integrations, copy rewrites or features outside the package may require a revised quotation.

Domains and third-party services

Standard domain and hosting costs described in the package are included for the first year. Premium domains and paid third-party tools cost extra. Domains are registered using client-approved ownership details. Renewals after the included period are billed separately.

Cancellations and refunds

Before design work begins, the advance may be refunded less payment processing or committed third-party costs. Once work begins, completed work and committed costs are non-refundable. If VerityHost cannot deliver the agreed preview, the unused portion will be refunded.

Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate, lawful content and confirm they have rights to supplied images, trademarks and claims. Clients remain responsible for regulated claims, licences and disclosures. VerityHost does not guarantee search rankings, enquiries, admissions, bookings or revenue.
