Terms of Service
These terms explain how VerityHost provides domains, hosting, email, ecommerce hosting, managed WordPress, and website design services. Last updated: May 20, 2026.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, maintaining accurate contact details, and ensuring that all content hosted under your account complies with applicable Indian law and platform policies.
Payments and renewals
Services are activated after successful payment and required onboarding. Domain registrations and renewals are generally non-refundable once submitted to the registrar. Hosting renewals must be paid before expiry to avoid suspension or data risk.
Domain services
Domain availability is not guaranteed until registration is confirmed by the registrar. Registrant details must be accurate. Transfers, EPP/Auth codes, nameserver changes, DNS changes, locks, and auto-renewal options are subject to registry and registrar rules.
Hosting usage
Hosting plans include Free SSL and published resource limits. Accounts may not be used for spam, phishing, malware, illegal content, abusive scraping, cryptocurrency mining, or workloads that harm platform stability.
Managed services
Managed WordPress, ecommerce, email, and website-design hosting are designed to reduce customer complexity. Direct control panel access may be limited for these plans while managed tools are provided in the client area.
Website design work
Design timelines depend on timely customer inputs such as content, logo, preferred colors, pages, competitor references, and approvals. Scope changes may require additional billing.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend services for unpaid invoices, abusive activity, security incidents, legal requests, or policy violations. We will try to notify customers when practical, but urgent security action may happen immediately.
Limitation of liability
We work to provide reliable services, but no online service can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service period, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
